Delivery & Returns
I want you to be delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not happy, please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, but will be refunded if the item is deemed faulty. Items should be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were sent out in within 30 days. Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged in some way due to incorrect return packaging. For obvious reasons, custom pieces are not able to be refunded or exchanged unless deemed to have a fault.
I will issue a refund via the payment method used within 30 days of receiving the returned goods, providing they are returned in the condition they were in when delivered.
